OUR ETHOS
Is to develop top quality, future proofed, low emission, bespoke designed homes. Built by our fully employed, trained, skilled workforce, using Quality building materials.
We aim to maintain a work environment where motivation comes from the employees themselves; an environment where producing quality work is normal and instinctive.
THE PAST
Over the last 20 years we have worked at the top end of the property market, building quality bespoke homes, working with Scotland’s top architects, gaining knowledge of materials, techniques & the quality required to satisfy our clients.

THE PRESENT
Fairbright have formed Fairbright homes and are currently working on our first new build housing development at Antonine Court in Bearsden.
THE FUTURE
Over the next 20 years we plan to expand, building new bespoke zero emission housing developments.
We are currently looking for land & development projects to continue to progress.
